About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives for a B2B manufacturing business serving government, law enforcement, and correctional/security customers. This role focuses on executing campaigns, managing content, and supporting product and brand marketing efforts in a highly regulated, trust-driven environment.

The ideal candidate understands how to market complex products to professional buyers, values accuracy and clarity, and can collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams while remaining firmly marketing-focused.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

  • Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, digital, trade shows, and industry events
  • Coordinate all tradeshow activities, registrations, payments, calendar, staffing assignments, and shipping.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content such as emails, product overviews, case studies, and testimonials
  • Manage Willo marketing inventory, swag ordering and distribution, and signage
  • Maintain campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and project documentation
  • Assist with content and messaging that speaks to government and law enforcement buyers, with attention to accuracy, compliance, and brand voice
  • Support product marketing efforts including product updates, launches, and competitive positioning
  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and lead activity
  • Help manage marketing assets and ensure materials are current, approved, and compliant with internal standards

Sales Enablement Support

  • Create or update sales-facing materials such as product one-pagers, presentation decks, and campaign summaries
  • Ensure marketing messaging aligns with sales conversations and procurement realities
  • Maintain a centralized, organized library of approved sales and marketing assets
  • Partner with Sales to gather feedback on lead quality
  • Facilitate and coordinate shipping for demonstration models to customers on behalf of sales

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated industries
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured environment
  • Comfort working with technical or product-driven subject matter
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Operations

Nice to Have

  • Trade show or event coordination experience.
  • Experience marketing to government, law enforcement, military, or correctional agencies
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles, RFP-driven buying, or procurement processes
  • Experience with field marketing or industry events
  • Experience supporting product marketing in a manufacturing environment
